Thanks to the extensive adoption of modern CAD, CAD/CAM and simulation equipment, all designs of the forged items are promptly finished and submitted to client’s attention for approval; in addition, at Palmieri Tools Forgings all forging dies are designed, engineered and manufactured in house, as are all requested toolings and additional production and forging auxhiliary items.
Our Engineering Department is contantly monitoring heat treatment processes and our well proven experience is perfectly complementing our engineers’ skillness for the benefit of our clients.
In fact, our deep knowledge of the whole process, from forging to final assembly, allows our technicians to predict, from the earliest stages, all potential manufacturing problems in such a way that all risks are reduced to a minimum thus shortening products’ time to market dramatically.
